Hi, I’m Cammie, founder of The Anchored Path™ and creator of The Anchored Nervous System™. 🌿 I’m a licensed psychotherapist with advanced training in somatics and neuropsychotherapy. But more importantly, I live with ADHD and high functioning autism myself—and I’ve walked through the spirals of shame, trauma, and burnout that I now help others navigate.     This program is educational and experiential. It’s not a substitute for therapy, but it complements it beautifully by giving you tools to use in daily life.

  • What if I can’t keep up?

    This program is self-paced and gentle by design. You’ll have lifetime access, so you can move at the pace that feels safe for you.

  • Do I need to be formally diagnosed with ADHD or trauma?

    No. You don’t need an ADHD or trauma diagnosis to benefit from this program. If you resonate with the experiences described, this space is for you.
