Hi — I’m Cammie. I’m a licensed therapist who specializes in ADHD, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing. I created this program because I’ve seen (both professionally and personally) how exhausting it can be to live in cycles of overwhelm, reactivity, and overthinking — especially with an ADHD nervous system. Most people don’t struggle because they’re broken or lazy. They struggle because their nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect them. My work focuses on helping people understand what’s happening in their body first — so their mind can finally follow. I’m known for explaining complex concepts in simple, relatable ways, keeping things light when they feel heavy, and offering tools that are actually usable in real life (not just in theory). This course brings together nervous system education, ADHD-informed strategies, and gentle regulation practices to help you feel more grounded, steady, and connected to yourself.
